Aug 22 – Brent Thomas, 43, Osceola, -arrested by Lowry City Police Department on -St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on class D felony charge of driving while revoked. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation July 8 when deputy made contact with Thomas who struck  deer with vehicle he was driving. Investigation revealed Thomas had four prior offenses for driving while revoked or suspended.

Sept. 19 – Mark Degrave, 50, El Dorado Springs, and Christopher Linder, 39, Kansas City,  arrested on St. Clair County warrants charging them each with class D felony possession of burglary tools. Bond   set at $10,000 cash or surety in each case.

Charges stem from incident in the early morning hours the same day when deputy  investigating burglary on SW 1371 Rd. During investigation two vehicles were observed heading in the direction of the property that was burglarized. Contact made with one of the vehicles. Degrave was the driver and Linder was the passenger. Degrave identified as individual recently caught on camera trespassing on neighboring property.

Further investigation revealed backpack containing small ATV battery, black camouflaged mask, two pairs of gloves, two screwdrivers and two flashlights in their possession. Pry bar was also located in trunk of the vehicle. Linder had a single bullet in his pocket which matched rounds stolen from the residence.

Ronald Botteron, 46, Osceola, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with misdemeanor driving while revoked. Bond set at $1,500 cash or surety. Charge stems from investigation previous day when St. Clair County deputy conducted traffic stop on a vehicle Botteron driving near intersection of B Hwy and NE 175 Rd.

Adam Collins, 29, Ozark, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $5000 cash or surety. Charge stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in April.     

Sept 21- Roy Love, 21, El Dorado Springs, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on class B misdemeanor exceeded the posted speed limit by 25 miles-per-hour or over and an infraction of person under 18 operating or riding in a truck failing to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt.  Warrant issued Aug 15. Bond set at $470 cash only.

Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation May 27 when deputy conducted traffic stop in Tiifin area for speeding.

Samuel O’Bryan, 50, Blue Springs, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court appear in court on original class C felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. Warrant issued Sept. 15. Bond set at $5,000 cash only.

Original charge stems from investigation April 9 when deputy made traffic stop on recreational vehicle O’Bryan was a passenger in. Vehicle was traveling south on Hwy 13 turning west onto B Hwy, and the taillights were not working. During investigation a glass pipe with white powdery substance was located. Substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Lesley Wilkerson, 41, Clinton, arrested on St. Clair County warrant for failing to pay fines and costs on original misdemeanor charge of no insurance. Warrant issued in May and bond set at $241.50. Original charge stems from St. Clair County Sheriff’s office investigation March 2 when deputy conducted traffic stop on  vehicle Wilkerson was driving.

Samantha Rife, 33, Lowry City, arrested in St. Clair County on Henry County warrant for failing to appear in court on original misdemeanor charge of no seat belt. Warrant issued Aug. 22 and bond set at $10 cash only. Original charge stems from Missouri State Highway Patrol investigation in April.

Sept 22 – Deputy took  report on SW 1075 Rd, in reference to hay bales being burnt. When deputy arrived Taberville Volunteer Fire Department was on scene and  burning bales were extinguished and removed from the rows. Michael Hallford reported the bales of hay were purposely torched by someone. Evidence collected.

Deputy took report from Lewis Thomas in reference to a theft. Thomas said his MS250 Stihl chainsaw was stolen from his residence on NW 526 Rd.
