Jan 10 – Zachary Dewey, 28, Branson, arrested by St. Clair County deputy on Appleton City municipal warrants charging him with ordinance violations for driving while revoked and displaying plates of another, ordinance violation. Total bond set at $ 1,000 cash or surety.

Jan  12 – Shelby Webster, 43, Buffalo, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony non-support-total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Bond set at $1,500 cash only.

Jan 13 – Deputy responded to Dollar General, Lowry City, in reference to  theft. Store Manager Clisty Gibson reported two females entered store and one of them left with at least three items not paid for. Items stolen included bottle of soda, head phones and t-shirt. Total of items estimated at $25. Request for prosecution signed.

Later the same day deputies made contact with one of the females and admissions were made to stealing the items. Some of items were recovered. Female taken into custody and later released pending formal charge.

Darrell Bledsoe, 43, La Monte, arrested on St. Clair County warrant charging him with class B misdemeanor failing to register a motor vehicle. Bond set at $122 cash only. Charge stems fromMissouri State Highway Patrol investigation June 2016.

Jan 14- Deputy responded to residence on SE 951 Rd, in reference to physical disturbance. Female victim reported another female pushed her during argument. She stated female put her hands around her neck and started chocking her. Female threatened she was going to kill her. It was noted female threw multiple items and broke them. Red marks and small scratches noticed on the female’s face. One female taken into custody and later released pending formal charges.

Jan 16 – Deputy took report in reference to trash being dumped on NE 800 Rd. Mel Foreman reported during the last few days someone had thrown at least seven large black garbage bags full of trash over the bridge into the water. Deputy and Foreman collected most of the bags. During investigation name and address of individual in Lowry City discovered in trash. Contact made with the individual who advised another person living with them hauled off multiple bags of trash earlier. Suspect identified and investigation ongoing.

During late night hours Jan. 18, St. Clair County deputy was patrolling on TT Hwy, and noticed a vehicle parked on the side of the road with no one around. Further investigation found four individuals hunting for arrowheads. A check discovered one of the individuals, Darren Troxel, 49, El Dorado Springs, had an active St. Clair County warrant for his arrest. Troxel arrested on the warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor resisting arrest.         

Warrant issued in October 2015 and stems from an investigation in February 2015 when Troxel ran from a St. Clair County deputy who was at a residence in Collins looking for another individual.

Jan 17 – Deputy took stealing report from Robert Hood, NW 1150 Rd. Hood stated he located fresh tire tracks going into his property and a chain on his gate was cut. He said a pile of tires moved to open the gate. He noted he inspected his property and a John Deere Industrial Gator UTV was missing. The UTV was painted industrial orange with a green fender on the right side. It has a diesel engine and is a 4×6 with all new tires. Value of the UTV estimated at $2,500.

In the early morning hours on Jan. 17, a St. Clair County deputy responded to Hwy 82 at NE 775 Rd in reference to vehicle in ditch. A blue Lexus 300 located in a ditch. Check on license plate came back vehicle registered to individual from Willard. It was noted the plate reported stolen out of Springfield.

A check of vehicle identification number came back vehicle reported stolen from Garland, TX, on Dec. 15, 2016. Vehicle towed and contact made with Garland Police Department.

Jan. 17 – Deputy took report from Aaron Roberts in reference to property damage. Roberts stated in the early morning hours Jan. 16 an individual kicked the front passenger door of his 2011 Chevrolet Aveo.  Roberts noted he is trying to allow the individual to make good on paying for damage to the vehicle, but no attempts have been made to make payment or arranged to get the vehicle fixed. The incident occurred on SW 1051 Rd.

Jan  19 – Erika Bootier, 24, Springfield, arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for probation violation on four original counts of class C felony forgery. Warrant issued August 31, 2016, and bond set at $5,000 cash only. Original charges stem from incidents in December 2014 when Bootier cashed four checks that were stolen from an individual.
