He likes to warm himself on my computer keyboard, sometimes adding to whatever I might be writing. I’ve had to start this one three times.

Next month is very busy. September brings us the Schell City Fall Festival, the Walker Fun Days, the Black Walnut Festival and the El Dorado Springs Homecoming. The Wayside Museum’s Chili Cookoff is on Oct. 4,
