Well, no body told me anything different about being homeless, so I guess my definition from last week stands.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving – that you are able to be with your loved ones- that the food is good and the desserts are better- that you don’t have to rush off the minute dinner is over with.

The other day I ran across  (on the internet- someone that cooks from medieval cook books. In this case he was making an apple pie. The recipe called for at least two kinds of apples and a pear. I’m am not going to try my pie with a pear, but I’ll postpone that until I make a pie just because – not a major holiday like Thanksgiving.
