Jason Irwin welcomes back students

Welcome Back, El Dorado Springs Bulldogs!

Dear El Dorado Springs School District Parents, Families, and Community,

Welcome back to a new school year!

It is an honor and a privilege to begin my journey as the new Superintendent of the El Dorado Springs R-II School District. As I step into this role, I am excited about the opportunities ahead and grateful for the warm welcome I have already received from our students, staff, families, and community.

El Dorado Springs has a strong tradition of excellence, determination, and community pride. The Bulldog spirit is something special, and it is evident in the way our community comes together to support our schools and, most importantly, our students. I look forward to continuing that tradition and working alongside our dedicated educators, staff, families, and community members to ensure our schools remain a source of pride for everyone.

As we begin this school year, I am committed to listening, learning, building relationships, and working collaboratively with our entire school community. Our students deserve outstanding opportunities to learn, grow, lead, and discover their potential. Together, we can create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.

A successful school district is built on strong partnerships. I encourage our parents and community members to stay involved, share your ideas, attend school activities, celebrate our students, and continue to be the tremendous supporters of our schools that you have always been. Your partnership matters, and your support makes a difference.

To our students: believe in yourselves, work hard, be kind, and take pride in being a Bulldog. To our teachers and staff: thank you for the passion, dedication, and care you bring to our students each day. And to our parents and community: thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of educating and serving your children.

I am excited for the year ahead and look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our students, staff, and schools. There is great strength in the Bulldog community, and I am proud to be a part of it.

Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with learning, growth, opportunity, and Bulldog pride!

Go Bulldogs!

With Bulldog Pride,

Jason Irwin

This includes but is not limited to the items being attached to belts, in purses, pockets, or backpacks. Items must be turned off and put away. Confiscated items will be sent to the building principal’s office.
