Welcome back, ECS Buffalo Families
Welcome to a brand-new school year at El Dorado Christian School! I am so excited to welcome our returning families back and to meet all of the new families joining the ECS Buffalo family. There is something special about beginning a new school year—a fresh start, new opportunities, new friendships, and another year of watching God work in the lives of our students.
As we begin this year together, I want you to know how thankful I am for the opportunity to partner with you in the education and spiritual development of your children. At ECS, we believe that school and home work best when we work together, keeping our eyes focused on Jesus and seeking His direction in all that we do.
Open House & Parent Meeting
Please join us for our ECS Open House and Parent Meeting on Monday, August 24, at 6:00 PM! We will begin the evening with a short parent meeting where we will share some important information and get everyone ready for the new school year. Following the meeting, families will be dismissed to visit classrooms, drop off school supplies and meet the teacher! We hope this evening will help everyone feel prepared and excited for the first day!
First Day of School — Tuesday, August 25!
The big day is almost here! We can’t wait to see our hallways filled with students again. We are praying for a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, friendships, laughter, and—most importantly—opportunities for our students to grow closer to Christ.
Get Involved Through PTO!
I would also like to personally invite YOU to be a part of our ECS PTO this year! Our PTO is a wonderful way for parents and families to become involved! Whether you can volunteer regularly, help with an occasional event, donate supplies, bless a teacher, or simply lend a helping hand when needed, we would love to have you involved.
Thank you for trusting us with your children and for being such an important part of the ECS family. I am praying for our students, teachers, staff, and families as we begin this new school year. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for ECS!
With excitement and gratitude,
Mrs. Nissley, Principal
