SCHOLAR BOWL FINISHES OUT SEASON

The El Dorado Springs Scholar Bowl Team finished their season Saturday, April 15, at home in the District Scholar Bowl Tournament.  After going undefeated in the preliminaries and receiving the #1 seed, they had a letdown in the semi-finals and lost in a close match 280-290. On the positive side, we had 3 of the top 6 members of the All-District Tournament team from El Dorado Springs.  Ryan Griffin averaged 55 points per game. Jake Cooper averaged 45 points per game, and Connor Goatley averaged 35 points per game. The varsity finished the season 2nd in Conference, 3rd in District, and with 21 wins and 11 losses for the year. The J.V. finished 1st place in Conference this year. Congratulations to all on a good season.
