The Lions of District 26-M6 are preparing the thirty-seventh annual Lions All-Star Twin Classic Basketball games to be played this Saturday, June 11, in the Neosho High School Athletic Center.  The games feature outstanding senior athletes from public and private schools, in McDonald, Newton, Jasper, Barton, Cedar, Dade, Lawrence and Barry Counties in southwest Missouri. The girls tip off at 6:30 p. m., with the boys’ game to follow.

These games are open to the public and proceeds from admission ($8 for adults, $5 for students with ID, and children ages six and under free) help the Lions support three major services: XI; helping give mobility and confidence to those who have lost their sight, XI; providing rehabilitation and job training, thus returning many once-sighted individuals return to the productive work force and society, and XI; whose motto, “A miracle a Day”, is lived out through giving or restoring sight and/or hearing to many who have lost hope.
