Softball Bulldogs beat Morrisville 9-3

•  The El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity beat Marion C. Early 9-3 in seven innings on Tuesday, Sept. 6, after a five-run explosion in the fifth inning.

•  The El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity scored in the fifth on a steal of home by Allyson Snodgrass, an error, a wild pitch, an RBI single by Payton Babcock, and an error.

•  Anyssa Salazar racked up two RBIs on two hits for the El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity. She singled in the first and sixth innings.

•  The El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity got the win thanks in large part to Tailor Hutsell’s dominant, 13-strikeout performance. Hutsell allowed one earned run, four hits and four walks over seven innings.

•  Brisley couldn’t get it done in the circle for Early , taking a loss. She allowed nine runs in five innings, walked two and struck out six.

•  The El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity never trailed after scoring two runs in the first on two singles.

•  After posting one run in the second, the El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity again scored one in the sixth. In the second, the El Dorado Springs Bulldogs Varsity scored on an error, plating Snodgrass.
