Wrestling for a win

On Friday, January 13 the Lady Bulldogs wrestling team competed at the Willard Tournament falling just short of bringing home a plaque, taking 4th place!

There Coach Stantorf said “Although not the finish we wanted, we couldn’t be more proud of the heart and determination this group of girls showed!”

As a team they placed 4th but the individual results were:

100 lbs – Kaiden Conard, 10 – 3 wins/1 loss – 2nd Place

105 lbs – Aleah Conard, 9 – 2 wins/3 loss – 6th Place

115 lbs – Olivia Graves, 10 – 4 wins/1 loss – 3rd Place

120 lbs – Krista Hannon, 9 – 2 wins/3 loss – 10th Place

130 lbs – Lily George, 11 –  2 wins/3 loss – 7th Place

135 lbs – Elizabeth Henderson, 11 – 1 win/3 loss – 4th Place

140 lbs – Aireona Reddick, 9 – 2 wins/3 loss – 6th Place

155 lbs – Lily Corbin, 9 – 3 wins/2 loss – 9th Place

170 lbs – Isabel Reddick, 10, 2 wins/2 loss – 9th Place

190 lbs – Emma Corbin, 9 – 4 wins/1 loss – 2nd Place

225 lbs – Leah Moore, 12 – 2 wins/3 losses – 4th Place

Bulldogs competed at the Ozark Highlands Conference Tournament on Thursday, January 19. The Bulldogs came away with 3rd as a team and brought home a lot of individual hardware.

Lady Bulldogs competed at the Queen of the North tournament at Liberty North High School taking 5th and falling just short of a plaque despite missing 4 varsity starters.
