To Leslie Ray

In reference to patriotism. Those that didn’t have their flags at half staff more than likely was a over sight, not a lack of honor, and to insinuate the VFW was unpatriotic is asinine. The flag at City Cemetery was at half staff because our team leader made sure it was before VFW got there to do the honors.

If an individual sees a wrong and knows it’s wrong and does nothing to fix or help right that wrong, they are just as guilty as those that were wrong.

I haven’t seen Leslie Ray’s name on the VFW roster, not sure about the American Legion. I hope with all his time on his hands, he is doing his part to help support the organizations that are trying to do good.
