John Eddy Norval, 83, El Dorado Springs, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at Cedar County Memorial Hospital. Among survivors are his brother, Joe Norval, and wife, Doris, El Dorado Springs. Services were Sunday, Dec. 30, in Sheldon Funeral Home. Burial was in the Pleasant Springs (Oyer) Cemetery.
