Ila Elaine Tuder, 90, El Dorado Springs, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016. She was born Dec. 7, 1925, to Clarence and Bertha (Wertz) Bliss in St. Clair County. Ila married Glenn Tuder on Aug. 28, 1943. She worked with him on the family farm and was a homemaker. She liked to sew and crochet.
