Donald L. Fugate, 90, El Dorado Springs, passed away May 20, 2023. Don had been dealing with medical issues coupled with a few injuries. Don was born July 27, 1932, in El Dorado Springs to Leland and Dora (Worthington) Fugate. He graduated from El Dorado Springs High School and headed to the United States Army

Patsy June Pierson, 79, Stockton, passed away Monday morning, May 22, in Lake Stockton Health Care. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 25, in Pleasant Springs Church near Rosco, with burial in Pleasant Springs Cemetery, Bland-Brumback Funeral Home.

Margaret Lue Barnett, 78, of Greenwood, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023. There will be a celebration of her life Thursday, May 25, at 6 p.m. at Fellowship Church-Greenwood Campus, 1601 W. Main St, Greenwood, MO 64034. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m.

Joyce Velda (Hess) Coleman, 84, passed May 17, 2023. She was born July 9, 1938, to Alden and Melissa (Dielsavior) Hess in Cedar County. Joyce fell in love with James A. Coleman at the age of 16. She, in fact, asked him to marry her. He said “Yes,” and they were married June 18, 1955.
