Cecil Dale Wallen, 89,  was born June 27, 1931, in Cedar County, the 12th of 13 children born to Henry Hall and Lee Ora (Williams) Wallen. He passed from this life on Friday, April 23, 2021, at Cox South Medical Center Springfield. On Oct. 31, 1951, Dale married Juanita Mae Fleeman in Aldrich, Polk County.
