The last day to request an absentee ballot to be mailed for the April 7, 2020 General Municipal Election is Wednesday, March 25, 2020. Voters may cast their absentee ballots in person in the office of the Cedar County Clerk, Heather York, until 5:00 p.m. the day before the election. Absentee ballots returned by mail
