Notice:  By order of the Governor, the Missouri Department of Conservation’s El Dorado Springs Office will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24.

Donald and Patricia (Payne) Barger will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 22, 2018. The celebration will be held from 2-4 pm at Union Hall Baptist Church, 10825 E 500 Rd, El Dorado Springs.

During this Holiday Season and with cold temperature months ahead, Cedar County Memorial Hospital is accepting donations to help students in our Cedar County schools with needed clothing items. Those items of need include socks, underclothing and sweats (these are especially needed) as well as hats and gloves and jackets and coats (sizes 6-10 please).

The Board of Directors of Cedar County Memorial Hospital will begin a meeting at 9:30 a.m. Monday,  Dec. 17, in the boardroom at Cedar County Memorial Hospital, 1401 S. Park St. in El Dorado Springs.                  The tentative agenda of this meeting includes the usual reports.

The El Dorado Springs Senior Center, 604 S. Forest, will host their annual Christmas luncheon from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21 at the Senior Center.
