The LCT Lighthouse “Rock Around the Block” summer production was a glowing success. Nina Plaskett and Marie Barlow, two LCT “Circle of Light” alums, began volunteering with the Lighthouse Children’s Theatre creating costumes and set artwork nearly a decade ago. Their sister, Nellie, would complete the sister trio during those early years. Miss Nina and Miss Marie passed the baton of their volunteer duties but have attended every LCT production since LCT doors opened. This summer’s production was no exception and on June 10-11, to the delight of cast, crew and audience, the ladies dressed the part in their poodle skirts, saddle shoes and bobby socks ready to join in some nifty fifties fun with the cast and crew.
