TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church, 1300 S. Summer St, El Dorado Springs on Thursday, Dec. 2, for their weekly weigh-in and meeting.

Linda Hall, Leader, called the meeting to order.

Ray and Linda H led us in singing” TOPS Is Great”

We said our TOPS and KOPS pledges.

Linda led us in roll call and walking reports. Twenty members weighed in, we had a Gain of 22.6 lbs. and a Loss of 4.4 resulting in a Net gain of 18.2 lbs. Best loser for the week was Warren with a loss of 1.2 lbs.  Linda W lost 2.8 but was unable to stay for the meeting.

The Secretary’s report was read and approved as read.

The Treasury report was approved as read.

Linda congratulated our members on receiving 2nd place in the Christmas Parade float.

Linda presented the awards for the month of November:

Sharron was the best loser for the month, she received a back in black with perfect attendance certificate, 30 lb. loss certificate and charm and she lost 5.6 pounds and is our best loser for the month. She received $26.76 from the best loser’s pot. Sharron has also had 5 weeks of continuous losses. Congratulations Sharron.

Winner of free dues was Linda W.

TOTAL losses were 30.6#, gains were 30.6# giving us a NET OF 0#. Which is better than the gain we had last month. We can do better.

Marilyn gave the contest report: Team’s are tied this week with each team having nine points. Next week we are to exercise for at least 30 minutes three days a week. Make a list of your activities to turn into Marilyn.

Linda read a letter from Deana Bias. She will resign as our service administrator but will stay on in a different capacity with TOPS.Org.

Marble game:  Sharron won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.

Remember the Christmas party Dec. 23. Gift exchange of $15 or less and healthy snacks.
