Warren had the program today. He spoke on The Seven Types of Hunger
1. Eye hunger: You see a picture or ad of good food and immediately start craving it.
2. Noise Hunger: the smell of good food cooking.
3. Mouth Hunger: The crunch of chips, or smoothness of good chocolate
4. Stomach hunger: Sometimes the stomach hurting or growling does not indicate hunger
5. Cellular Hunger: Your body may be craving a mineral or protein you are lacking in your diet
6. Mind Hunger: You start thinking of food and cannot stop
7. Heart Hunger: Emotional eating. A surge of emotion can trigger eating or sometimes the inability to eat.
Thank you, Warren, for a great program, this helps us stop and think are we hungry or is it something else.
We sang Happy Birthday to Judy B.
