ELDO COUPLE CLAIMS $25,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE PRIZE – An El Dorado Springs couple is now “lucky for life” after claiming a $25,000 a year for life second-tier prize in the Missouri Lottery Draw Game. Robert, 53, and Kathryn, 60, Foley claimed their prize at the Lottery’s Springfield regional office on Aug. 26 after using Quick Pick to correctly match five numbers in the Aug. 18 drawing, which were:  1, 2, 14, 19 and 48.

While claiming their prize, Robert disclosed that he has been playing Lucky for Life® since it was first introduced in Missouri in January 2015, and that he typically makes all of his Missouri Lottery purchases from S & B Liquors, 3320 E. Hwy. 54, in El Dorado Springs, which received a $250 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The couple, who found out they had won their prize by checking their numbers at MOLottery.com, decided to take the $390,000 cash option over the annuity:  a guaranteed minimum $25,000 a year for 20 years. With their prize, the couple is looking forward to paying off bills and padding their savings account.

Lucky for Life is a $2 per play multi-state Draw Game that features 10 ways to win. The Foleys are the fourth Missouri Lottery Lucky for Life players to win a $25,000 a year for life second-tier prize since the Draw Game was introduced.
