SLOWLY AND STEADILY –  118 West Lafayette has become one of approximately 80 houses that the City of El Dorado Springs has torn down since 1997. City Manager Bruce Rogers says that the process is long and complicated to condem and demolish a property, sometimes taking more than a year.
