The Commissioners had general discussion regarding location of equipment, road conditions and any road issues that have been reported.

Commissioners began preliminary work on budgets for 2020.

Commissioners spoke with Lindsey Chaffin the Engineer with Great River Engineering regarding the oversight in the design phase concerning roadway approaches on NW 750.

The County Treasurer informed the Commission that the County Sales Tax in the amount of $21,755.03 would come in on Nov. 7, 2019.

The Commissioners spoke with Cole Cochran, road and bridge supervisor, regarding the location and conduction of equipment and the road conditions. A constituent expressed concern over NE 301 Rd., and the condition of the culvert near his house.

County Treasurer, Rhonda Shelby, presented the Commission with the annual Statutory County Recorder’s Distribution for 2018-2019, in the amount of $29,846.
