High School Girls Golf takes Conference Tournament

Our High School Girls Golf team competed in the Ozark Highland Conference Championship on September 26 in Versailles.

Coach Swopes was able to take only five girls. Lanie Wolfe (11), Skylyn Gibbs (10), Sage McCullough (10), Braylie Steward (10), and Tilar Witt (9) represented the team.

The team came back as Conference Champions! We had three girls place in the individual all-conference. Sage McCullough took 1st place, Lanie Wolfe took 2nd, and Tilar Witt took 5th! Overall our team scored a 428 and won the whole thing!

We are so proud of our golf team this year, and all the improvements they’ve made throughout the season.

Next up for our Girls Golf team they will have the Eldorado Springs Tri tournament on September 28. Then the Clever Tournament on October 2nd. After that we will be heading to Districts on October 5, and that will determine who will be heading to state on October 16, through 17!
