MIDDLE SCHOOL BULLDOG FOOTBALL

El Dorado Springs Middle School football traveled to Adrian on Monday, September 5, for two games.

After giving up two quick first-quarter touchdowns EMS narrowed the margin to 14-8 in the second quarter with a 63-yard touchdown pass from Rylun Mays to Ayden Bruce. Mays hit Bruce on a quick slant route and Bruce scampered the rest of the way for the touchdown. Talon Robison scored the two-point conversion on a reverse to close the lead to 14-8 going into the half.

In the second half the Bulldogs had opportunities but failed to convert on first and goal late in the game.

In the B game, the EMS won 6-0 on a Ryder Simmons 35-yard run around the left side.  The Bulldogs will host Warsaw next Tuesday, September 12, at 5:30 pm.
