The St. Clair County Commission met Wednesday, Oct. 2, with Robert Salmon, presiding commissioner; Leroy Strope, north commissioner; Gerald Williams, sought commissioner; Debbie Peden, county clerk and Lori Rowe, administrative assistant present.
