ElDo Library to build 7,500 sq. ft. facility

DISTRICT TO BUILD BEHIND CURRENT BUILDING – The new $950,000 facility will be paid for by a combination of current funds, donations and grants. It is hoped to begin the project in 2021. The present facility is about 70 years old and originally designed as a professional clinic.
