The VFW Post 257 will again serve treats for all the area ghosts and goblins from 5-9 p.m. Oct. 31 at the VFW Post. Doe to concerns brought on by the Covid virus, the event will be pic-up only. Hot dogs, popcorn and Kool-Aid will be passed out at the east side of the Post.

The City of Walker Board of Aldermen will meet for their regular monthly meeting  at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the Walker Community Building. The meeting is open to the public.
