Feb. 14 – Jacob Rogers, 29, Humansville, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant  for a probation violation on two class C felony counts of forgery. Bond is set at $2,500 cash or surety. The original charges stem from a Hickory County Sheriff’s Office investigation in July 2013 that revealed Rogers forged two checks
