Mildred Ann (Stone) Keith, 75, El Dorado Springs, passed away Jan. 21, 2021. Service were held Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, at Bland-Hackleman Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Bland officiating. He was born in Cedar County on Aug. 14, 1927, to Florence Kenney. During his lifetime, Oliver worked at a variety of occupations, including ranching, truck driving, and construction throughout the United States. In
