05/03 • Simple Simon’s Stockton reported a suspicious vehicle parked in their parking lot and would like it to be moved.  Officer noted that vehicle was unoccupied.  Vehicle has been tagged for towing.  Clear, no report. • Cattle out on roadway on Hwy Z 2 miles west of Hwy 32 Stockton.  Gone when officer arrived.

Sheriff Scott Keeler reported deputies made 14 arrests and took a property damage report during the week of April 28 through May 5, 2020. April 27, theft at S. BB Hwy., Nevada. April 27, domestic dispute at E. Infantry Pass, Nevada. May 2, domestic dispute at E. Hickory St., Nevada. May 2, suspicious vehicle at W. Allison St., Nevada. May 3, assault at S. Royce Ave., Richards. May 3, driving while intoxicated at O Hwy. and D Hwy, Richards.

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
