ECS COOK, MRS. DIXIE CHRISTENSEN RETIRES

Mrs. Dixie Christensen from El Dorado Christian School is retiring after more than 20 years of service to the school. Dixie taught for 20 years at ECS and has served for the past 3 1/2 years as the school cook. It is estimated that she has served over 24,000 meals to students during those years.

ECS VETERANS DAY ASSEMBLY

On Nov. 10, El Dorado Christian School hosted a Veterans Day Assembly.  They recited the pledges, sang the national anthem, and had several students read their essays honoring veterans.  Mrs. Bryson challenged the students to thank a veteran for their service and to be good citizens.  Mr. Altheide closed in prayer.
