MARTIN HOUSE POSSIBLY BEYOND REPAIR – The stately old home at 400 N. Main in El Dorado Springs was ravaged by fire late last week. According to fire Chief Bob Floyd, the fire started in the house and burned for some time before it was discovered. The owner was out of town at the time.
KLAIBER, HACKER REIGN – Hannah Klaiber and Montana Hacker were crowned Queen and King on Friday, Oct. 7, before the annual El Dorado Springs Homecoming football game. They were accompanied by Crown Bearer Keizer Rhoades and Flower Girl Alena Rhoades.

The 54 Cruisers held a car show at the Church of God (Holiness) after church service Sunday, Oct. 2. Pastor Joe Trussell presented the Club with an award for the donations they have made in El Dorado Springs and the surrounding communities.
