Prosecutor files murder charges

On Oct. 15, 2021, Ty Gaither, Cedar County Prosecuting Attorney, filed murder charges against Alexzander Masters and Andrew Vessey for the death of Johnnie Billings on Sept. 17, 2021 in El Dorado Springs.
